Bg666 FAQ — to your question Quick answer

On bg666, entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes as a security measure. Once that time has passed, you can try again.

Quick Fix:

• If you'd rather not wait 30 minutes, use the OTP login option instead — select the "Sign in with OTP" tab on the login page.
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile — use it to log in, then set a new password from Settings.
• If OTP isn't working either, contact us via live chat or support@bg666-taka.com. Verify your identity with your NID or registered number and the issue will be resolved manually.

Registering with bg666 only takes a few details — the whole process is done in under 3 minutes.

Required information:

• Full Name — as per your National ID card.
• Mobile Number — an 11-digit Bangladeshi mobile number; your OTP will be sent here.
• Date of Birth — to verify you are 18+.
• Password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.

Optional: Adding an email address makes it easier to recover your password in the future.

When is an NID required? You don't need to provide an NID number when registering. However, for large withdrawals (generally above ৳5,000), you'll need to upload a photo of your NID for KYC verification. This only needs to be done once.
